Jane - Head Coach
We specialise in helping women transition through phases of their life where they feel they are no longer fulfilled and need to re discover themselves.
We have all had times in our life that we feel a little lost and overwhelmed and need time to navigate the next steps and identify pathway we want to take.
We take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals and work on the self-limiting beliefs that get in the way !
Hello! I'm Jane, and I'm an NLP coach, owner and founder of the Pathways Program. I have more than 25 years of experience in coaching and nurturing teams and individuals .
My career firstly in the charity sector followed with time in the corporate world has given me a well-rounded and realistic perspective of people and the many challenges in their personal life.
Alongside my coaching training, I’ve developed a grounded view of the world and its various challenges. I truly enjoy working with people, helping them to grow, reflecting on where they are now, and embarking on a journey towards a confident and exciting future. My personal experience of life has also influenced the way I have developed the programme - it's simple to follow using every day langauge - by the time you finish you will own your own programme workbook that you can use to reflect when you need to - meaning you always have the opportunity to revisit your goals, celebrate your achievements or get back on track if you need to. Life is never a "one and done" it's about continuous growth and it's ok to need to re-set the dial occasionally.
We believe in guiding women towards discovering their own inner strength, we have developed a programme that flexes and develops with the individual client and supports them to reflect and grow. we believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and we here to help you achieve that, through a combination of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Ikigai (The gentle Japanese coaching model)

Program Overview:
Ready to Start Your Journey?
"we often live in our heads, replaying corrupted scenarios"
We can create our reality by what we replay in our heads - what we graviate towards as our truth and what gives us comfort. To support the navigation to the pathways you want to take as your coach I will support you to recognise the interaction between mind, language and behaviour patterns. This will help reframe your self-limiting beliefs, allowing you to reach your full potential and regain balance.
As I have coached over the last 20 years I have come to understand the need to focus on balance and wellbeing before we can take action on more specfic areas of our lives.
Ikigai is a Japanese concept that combines the term "iki" meaning life and "gai" meaning reason for being/value - motivating forces that give you the reason to be and do.
At 36, Sarah finds herself navigating the complexities of single life after a significant breakup with her long term partner Nina. Emerging from the emotional upheaval she feels resilient but says part of her feels left behind. She wants to reclaim her identity and restore her confidence in who she is while navigating the opportunity to grow.
Overcoming remnants of her past is important to Sarah in her quest for self confidence and she is committed to self discovery. Sarah understands that true confidence stems from her self worth and by enagaging with a coach she start to uncover her strenghths rather than defining herself through the lens of past experiences.
The journey of self discovery is an exciting one for Sarah, she not only positions herself to embrace new opportunities but opens up doors that she did not expect, paving the way for a more fulfilled and confident future.
Ella 62 had tried coaching previously, was sceptical but interested to learn about the process of the Pathways Programme.
During the intial meeting Ella explained that she felt lost after retirement she struggled to identify her purpose and navigate her time. After a cut and thrust career she was begining to wish she had made better plans and been more involved in things outside of work prior to retiring.
Through coaching sessions and self directed reflective activity Ella explored the narratives and anchors she has around retiring and even addressed that she was ashamed to say she was retired as she felt it had age related conitations.
As the programme progressed Ella started to discover "Ella" the person who now had time and resources to do more of what she loved - she moved away from the stereotypical retirement map that she had on repeat in her head and moved her way towards writing her own map that included study, travel and connecting with family in a more meaningful way.
In the wake of a divorce, Gemma 56 started to re-evaluate her life and the paths she was about to take. Engaging with a coach offered a structured means to navigate this period of her life. The ending of a long term relationship frequenlty instills feelings of loss and uncertainty, intensifyting the need for clarity and direction especially when its coupled with self - limiting beliefs.
Coaching served as an exciting opportunity for Gemma and a postive phase of her ife. It provided her with a platform to explore her fears. She worked hard to drill down into her vision of this phase of her life that had purpose and value, she set realistic and achievable goals thoughout the programme that supported her in widening her social cirlcles, re-engaging and connecting with old friends and taking up new and exciting hobbies.
